A note from Google’s head of threat analysis group says that Chinese and Iranian hackers are targeting Biden and Trump’s campaigns. Mostly through phishing, the attacks aren’t new for every election. A statement from Joe Biden’s campaign acknowledged the attacks and said they’re safeguarded and prepared for it, while there’s no response from Trump’s campaign yet.

Shane Huntley , the head of Google’s Threat Analysis Group (TAG) has tweeted warning that Chinese state-backed hackers are targeting Joe Biden’s campaign. And Iranian hackers are targeting Donald Trump’s campaign. These active attacks on campaign staffers are in the form of phishing, mostly. And if cracked, it can give significant data.
